Remarkably rich nose with fragrances of dark fruits mixed with spices, undergrowth and distinguished oak influence. The mouth is full, riche with ripe fruits, fine tannic structure, elegant oak influence. The final is long, harmonious, beautiful intensity. Assemblage : unique to each vintage. The winemaker choice. Seductive, lovely expressive fruits (cherry, berries), balanced with fine oakiness. Generous mouth feel, then balanced with fine and fruity tannins, developping sip by sip. Expressive finish, balanced and aromatic, round.

This "Expressive" Cru draws its personality from its limestone soil and sun exposure on its hill. Lovely radiant color. Attractive nose with aromas of small ripe fruits (dark cherries, black berry, raspberry, strawberry...), mild spices & toasting with a nice touch of minerality. The palate is round, very fruity, bright tanins. The finish is lively, balanced with a nice crisp.
