VINIFICATION
Parcel Management, traditional farming, natural grassing, respect of environmental balance. After a meticulous selection process on the vines and in the winery, the sorted grapes are filled into concrete tanks. Fermentations are carried out without addition of sulfur, a minimum dose will be added at the end of ageing.
Good combination of elegance and power. Despite the fact that it’s a re- cent vintage, the wine has a very good drinkability which makes it a perfect wine for on trade
