Château Baret

The BALLANDE family acquired this winery in 1867; which has been around since the 4th century. Formerly owned by the Lords of Baret, the Ballande family acquired the castle and have worked hard to establish their reputation. In 2016 a new management has been established to magnify this vintage with a responsible organic philosophy. CHATEAU BARET is one of the few INTRAMUROS vineyards, a remnant of the first Bordeaux vineyards of the Gallo-Roman period.
