As for the reds, the maturing in oak was a long work selection, both for the woods selection and the parcelles chosen for the blending of this "vintage". It's only after 5 years of research that we found the perfect harmony between freshness and aromatic power. The first vintage produced in 1995 is moreover very pleasant to consume at the moment.
After long experiments, in 2005, we vinified our first Rosé wine in La Tuilerie du Puy. This wine comes from a selection of Merlot and Cabernet Franc plots situated on a clay and siliceous crop of which my grandfather, as early in 1936, praised the aromatic qualities.
