A brief history

Château Florie-Aude is a family farm in the Bordeaux region, in Gironde. Its history began in the sixties when René Brulatout began to become a winegrower; today there are 3 generations on the property.

The Château mainly produces Bordeaux Protected Designation of Origin wines.

Planted mainly on clay-limestone soils, the vines are located in the communes of Aubie-et-Espessas and Salignac.

The vineyard, certified High Environmental Value since June 2021, extends over 105 hectares and is composed of traditional grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The vineyard also includes slightly less widespread varieties such as Petit Verdot, Malbec, Carménère and Marselan.

The wines are vinified in the traditional way in stainless steel vats equipped with temperature control and oxygen supply. The Chateau Cellars, with a total surface area of 700 m2, are integrated into the property.

3 generations of winegrowers and the same passion for Bordeaux wine have imbued Château Florie-Aude with a taste of authenticity. For efficient viticulture, always respectful of history.
