Located in the town of Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens, 3 km southwest of Saint-Emilion, Château Croix de Bertinat covers an area of 8.3 hectares in AOC Saint-Emilion and 0.3 hectares in AOC Bordeaux. The entire vineyard benefits from a sandy and gravelly soil conducive to the production of high quality wines. This round and fruity wine is made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon and comes from vines aged 35 years on average, planted in terroir of gravel and clay sands on gravel. Its traditional vinification and aging in oak barrels give it the finesse and elegance of a great Saint-Emilion wine. This wine will captivate you with its aromas of black fruits and spices, its delicate tannins and its harmonious woodiness. Château Croix de Bertinat is certified Terra Vitis® from the 2018 vintage and HVE 3 (High Environmental Value Level 3) from the 2020 vintage.

Marquise de Bertinat is the name dedicated to the AOC Saint-Emilion production of Château Croix de Bertinat. Located in the town of Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens, 3 km southwest of Saint-Emilion, Château Croix de Bertinat covers an area of 8.3 hectares in AOC Saint-Emilion and 0.3 hectares in AOC Bordeaux. The entire vineyard benefits from a sandy and gravelly soil conducive to the production of high quality wines. This fruity wine, made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%), comes from vines aged 35 on average, planted in a terroir of gravel and clay sands on gravel. Traditional vinification and aging in vats give the wine its roundness and balance. The Marquise de Bertinat will seduce you with its fruity notes and its freshness. The Château Croix de Bertinat is certified Terra Vitis® from the 2018 vintage and HVE 3 (High Environmental Value Level 3) from the 2020 vintage.
