A brief history
For centuries, our Schweitzer family has strived to pass on our know-how and our passion for the vine from generation to generation.
Château de Thau, located on the Côtes de Bourg, was our first vineyard, which has grown over the years. The acquisition of new lands, vineyards and castles allowed us to vary our range of grape varieties, appellations and therefore wines. Our main goal was to perfect our offer while maintaining French and family know-how.
Our harvests have always been made and are still done today with the family. We can be found active in the cellars, in the vineyards or in the offices. The transmission of our own methods is our watchword.
