Winemaking

Thanks to the parcel winemaking work, the best lots are assembled to produce the first wine with a balance between merlot and cabernet sauvignon. The ratio is generally 50-50. As blending is done, the 1st wine is aged in barrels for 12 months. With a barrel renewal rate of one third per year, we obtain a light woody that supports fruit aromas.

Aging

This wine can be appreciated as soon as it is bottled, and will be enhanced with a few years of aging.
