The soil is ploughed and a large part of the vineyard is grassed, Manual leaf thinning and Green harvesting and selective sorting.
Winemaking
in vats and 500 L barrels
Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 10 days, Vinification partly in 500L barrels, Malolactic fermentation in 500L and 225 L barrels
Aging
225L and 500L barrels and casks
